By checking the box below, you acknowledge (and agree to) the following Terms and Conditions that form part of your registration to the 2024 National Dealer Conference on 4th June 2024.

By checking the box below, I acknowledge and agree:

The Event contains information that is confidential and commercially sensitive to Mitsubishi Motors Australia;
Not to share, disclose or make public any confidential or commercially sensitive information shared or discussed during the Event;
Not to forward, share or disclose the URL/link provided to me for registration to the Event;
Where applicable to me, the confidentiality obligations under a Dealer Agreement, employment agreement, supplier/umbrella agreement or any other agreement with Mitsubishi Motors Australia (as the case may be) will apply to the information shared or disclosed during the event;
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mitsubishi Motors Australia does not provide any warranty of accuracy or reliability as to the information shared or disclosed during the course of the Event and accepts no responsibility for loss arising in any way from, or in connection with, errors or omissions in any information provided;
All reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that the Event takes place however, Mitsubishi Motors Australia reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event, or alter the event, including the right to substitute speakers, without notice;
Mitsubishi Motors Australia may audio and / or video record the Event. By entering the Event site, you agree to be filmed or photographed which may be used for internal and external purposes;
Visual, audio, comments, data, text or any other material or information obtained through such recording, may be used by Mitsubishi Motors Australia for its business and marketing purposes;
Mitsubishi Motors Australia will collect my personal information [as provided in the registration form] to enable me to access and attend the Event. My personal information will be handled in accordance with Mitsubishi Motors Australia Privacy Policy, available at https://www.mitsubishi-motors.com.au/privacy-policy.html;
Accommodation costs will be covered by Mitsubishi Motors Australia inclusive of up to two nights accommodation based on town of origin and the essential travel requirement to fly a day before event commences or on morning of events commencement. Should attendees wish to extend their stay this will need to be managed by the individual and the hotel directly;
Only individuals who are 18 years of age or older are permitted to attend MMAL hosted events. By attending the event, attendees represent and warrant that they meet the minimum age requirement. Event organisers reserve the right to verify the age of attendees and may request valid identification to confirm eligibility;
An administration fee of $50 per booking applies and will be charged back to the Dealership accordingly.
